You'll be instructed to move into gentle postures while using your breath to flush out any tightness, tension, or discomfort that may arise.
Supportive props and relaxation techniques will help you get into the poses with ease. Postures are held about 5-10 minutes so the body is able to stretch deeply.

Gentle Yoga Community Classes
Mary'sTherapies also teaches Gentle Yoga Community Classes twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am - 11am in San Diego. All equipment is provided, including mats. Classes include both chair and mat yoga.
