We offer a clean, comfortable & beautiful facility on the Bench in Boise. We are located on the corner of Franklin and Phillippi in the central 2-story building in the Midtown Center complex. We provide:

A heated massage table using the amazing Biomat
Complimentary tea and water
Hot towels, Sound Healing, Reiki and Reflexology incorporated in every session
Pain relief ointments for achy and sore muscles.
Complimentary Hot Stones and Aromatherapy (please let us know of any sensitivities to any scents or oils!) can be added to the session
Central air & heating
Plenty of free parking

Therapy Appointment Hours

We are available by appointment only. Find an open slot in our schedule. Here are our usual times. There's an additional $22 fee for scheduling times outside of our regular hours and for coming to you—contact us to coordinate a time that works for you.

Monday: 10:00am-1:00pm

Tuesday: 3:00pm-7:00pm

Wednesday: 11:00am-2:30pm

Thursday: 10:30am-2:00pm

Sunday: 12:00pm-5:00pm
