Meet Your Spirit Guide
Go on a journey into deep meditation with visualizations to meet and converse with a guide of yours. Mary will lead you safely in and out of the Dreamworlds with her drum Moose and teach you the proper steps so you can do it on your own at any time. Talking with the Dreamweavers and guides is not only magical but super helpful in manifesting and receiving answers.

Healer, Heal Thyself
Reiki Level 1 teaches you a hands on technique to heal yourself, family and friends. Reiki Level 1 is a wonderful way to begin your journey into whole health. You will emerge being able to channel and feel life force energy. It's a wonderful 4 weeks of exploration, learning and fun.
During the course we will be covering and experiencing:
The history of Reiki
What Reiki is
How Reiki benefits your health and your life
The Seven Chakras (what they relate to and corresponding emotions)
Practice scanning and sensing the chakras
Be shown and conduct mental and emotional clearances
Hand positions for self treatment and treating others
The Aura – perform scanning, cleansing and protecting
Learn protection and grounding techniques
Guided meditations to help you stay centered and focused
You will also receive:
4 attunements to clear the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fields (1 for each class)
Reiki Level 1 manual
Your Reiki Level 1 Practitioner Certificate
Continued support from Master Level Instructor after you leave the workshop.
