When trauma is repeated or overwhelming, our nervous system initiates survival responses. WIthout the chance to complete these responses, our nervous system can remain stuck in a state of activation. This unresolved energy gets stored in our body, often showing up as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, tension, dissociaion, or emotional numbness. Energy work can help revitalize your body, boost your immune system, speed any recovery process, and clean out toxins, all while enhancing your natural healing capacity and getting the nervous system set and back to calm.

Your session may include any or all of the following:

• aura & energy sweeping (cleans body of toxins & stagnant energy) which may include smudge such as sage, palo santo, sweet grass

• breath & body awareness techniques

• crystal gemstones

• bells & chimes 

• Crystal Alchemy & Tibetan copper singing bowls
  (these last three items send out vibrations to resonate with the client & the universe)
