Mary Adams

With her extensive knowledge and experience, she offers many approaches to help you attain sustainable wellness.
Mary explains her philosophy: “The answers all really start and can be found inside oneself, first and foremost, before one looks to outside resources for help. We are, after all, solely responsible for our own healing. I just show you how to do that and how to discover it within yourself.”

Sharon DuBois
With over 20 years massage experience, owner of Yogahood, Sharon DuBois comes well equipped to assess and address each clients individual needs. She is a Reiki Master since 1997, trained in Foot Reflexology, Acupressure, Zone Therapy, Structural Release and a host of other lesser known modalities.
Sharon’s intuition has been enhanced by a lifetime of practicing yoga (she began at the age of three) and her creative approach to massage has facilitated healing in hundreds of clients over the years.

Kailea (Kai) Crommett
Kailea is a certified Reiki Master Practioner, Intuitive Healer, and Crystal Therapist. Her mission is to help guide others on a path to healing and happiness. She is excited to be a part of Mary'sTherapies, to keep learning and growing in her career and expertise and furthering her studies of alternative and holistic medicine.
Born and raised in Hawaii, she was surrounded by rainforests and clear blue ocean while growing up, helping her cultivate a deep connection and love for the energies of the natural world. Through her childhood discipline of dance, she developed an understanding of and intuition about the body.
