Signature Massage

Many years of personal experience have helped me develop and perfect my own personal signature massage. Using different modalities of deep tissue and therapeutic techniques, it is especially useful in helping break up muscle tension and stress. After determining the level of muscle tension present, I will use a combination of relaxing and deep touch pressure customized to your particular situation that will not only provide a relaxing massage, but also strip your muscles of tension and increase comfortable mobility in problem areas. 

35 minutes: $49
An intimate approach to the Signature, this session allows you to specify exact areas of tension.
Its perfect for: Those with full schedules, chronic pain sufferers, or those who have been involved in recent accidents or injuries (i.e. migraines, sciatica, rotator cuff, etc.)

An extension of the Signature, this massage allows deeper concentration on particular muscle areas.

Swedish Massage
Long flowing movoment that aids in circulating oxygen and blood throughout the body.  great for people who want to relax and not have much deeper work done on them.

Reiki
This is a 'laying of the hands' approach that revitalizes the body & boosts the immune system; speeds the recovery process and cleans out toxins all by enhancing the body's natural way to heal.  There is a calming, nurturing quality to this energy work which will leave you balanced and more attuned with yourself afterwards.

Shiatsu

Literally meaning “finger pressure,” this traditional Asian massage pinpoints different energy meridians along the body to melt away built up muscles tension. You will leave feeling relaxed and in a “sleep-like” state of mind.

Reflexology

A practice that dates back to the ancient Egyptians, reflexology concentrates on your feet, hands, and ears. Different locations on these areas link tension and stress to organs throughout your body. Perfect if you suffer from migraines or digestion problems.

Ear Candling
The use of waxed candles applied to the ear cavities.  A very soothing approach to opening up the ear cavities and draining excess and built up wax. Helps improve hearing and calms unsettled minds.

Seated Meditation
A way of life.  This practice will help you go back to your true sense of self to find awareness and detachment in your life and in your surroundings.  Being in such an altered state provides a heightened level of concentration and deep understanding so you can use these skills to find comfort in the discomfort of the suffering we experience in this world.
