  MA*RY-SULTS* = Therapeutic Healing.  (Swedish and Deep Tissue Combo Massage)
A fusion of bilssful balance, this style was created through Mary's interpretation of each modality she has taken the time to learn and cherish.  By developing a personal freedom in this eclectic flow of her work, Mary creates a truly unique, relaxing yet effective experience of which nothing can relate.  The result of years of personal experience, knowledge and practice, has led Mary to develop this massage as a mix of deep tissue, stretching, accupressure, and other varieties of therapeutic techniques that are especially useful in helping break up muscle tension, stress and scar tissue.  After locating and assessing areas of the most discomfort in the client, Mary uses a combination of relaxing and deep pressure customized to you particular situation.  Not only will it provide instant and immediate relief, but, if received on a regular basis, this preventative care approach will also leave lasting and healing results.      

        MA*RY-JUVINATION* = Reflexology Healing.   (Nerve, Hand & Foot Related)
It is estimated that there are over 7,200 nerve endings (or 'reflexes') located in the feet and hands.  Stimulation of these nerve endings sends messages to the brain through the spinal cord.  These messages tell the brain to produce endorphins, the body's own natural painkillers.  Endorphins create the good feelings and relaxation so vital to health and well-being.  Reflexology uses the combination of pressure and massage on the hands and feet to work out deposits in the body which allows circulation and energy to flow freely and reaches areas at a distance that cannot normally be reached.  This permits the body's systems, organs and tissues to function optimally and provides newfound energy in the receiver.

    MA*RY-LEASE* = Reiki Healing.  (Energy Work)  
As the universe is composed of spinning wheels of energy, humans too, at the inner core, spin seven wheel-like energy centers called chakras.  Chakras are measurable patterns of electromagnetic activity, centers for the reception, assimilation and transmission of life energies.  Each chakra reflects essential aspects of consciousness, forming the master programs that govern our lives, loves, learning, and illumination.  Reiki Healing uses a 'laying of the hands' technique that balances these chakras whereupon revitalizing the body and boosting the immune system, speeding recovery process, and cleaning out toxins, all while enhancing the body's natural way to heal.  There is a calming, nurturing quality to this enery work, which will leave the receiver balanced and more attuned and intuined with the self.

   MA*RY-LAXING* = Candling Healing. (Ear, Nose & Throat Concentration)
Hollow organic paraffin wax candles  are applied to the ear cavities to create a vaccuum effect and to open and allow drainging of excess/bulit up wax from the ear.  This is a very soothing approach in helping to improve hearing; to relieve vertigo, dizzy spells, swimmer/surfer ear, sinus infections and motion sickness; to balance equiliibrium, and to calm unsettled minds.
   
     MA*RY-NEW* = Thermal Healing. (Aromatherapy oil, Hot towels & Heated stones Infusion)
Choose from a variety of aromatherapy oils or let Mary intuitively pick the right one for you.  Heated stones and hot towels bring together this massage approach to incorporate warmth and relaxation in the body--because after all, relaxation is the best form of healing and wellness.

      MA*RY-BALANCE*  =  BodyMind Healing. (Meditation & Wellness Coaching)
Meditation is simply about being yourself and knowing something about who that is.  It helps us see that this path we call our life has direction; that it is always unfolding, moment by moment; and that what happens now, in this moment, influences what happens next.  It has to do with examining who we are, with questioning our view of the world and our place in it, and with cultivating some appreciation for the fullness of each moment we are alive.  Most of all, it has to do with being in touch.  This approach allows both the receiver and Mary to work together.  Guided meditations and combinations of usage of the breath, energy, yoga, flower essences, healing circles, singing bowls/sound therapy and other healing ways to relax (because after all, relaxation is the best form of healing and wellness), are used and aids in getting the receiver into this state of consciousness, reminding us that we can come back to this place wherever we are and whenever we want.
