My name is Mary Owen and I am a Nationally Certified and Licensed Massage 
Therapist.  I specialize in Deep Tissue massage and Trigger Point Therapy. I 
take a holistic approach to my clients’ well-being and believe I provide a good 
deep massage that is relaxing and well worth it.  For instance, when I come 
across tight muscles, I focus on deeper, prolonged work to release them with 
ease.  My massage is different from others because of the flow and care I put 
into them - I hold myself to the highest of standards.  

My clients can expect more than an ordinary routine as it is more of a dance
in which I offer my energy from myself to you so that tension is released and
the body becomes more balanced. Many of my clients have high stress levels
due to their jobs and everyday life.  By performing massage, I help them by 
actually giving back to them what is lost.  Muscles become more loose and
mobile, blood becomes more circulated and oxygen filters easily and steadily
throughout all parts of the body.  The client feels a tremendous relief and is
left with a sense of rejuvenation and stability. 

A year ago, I relocated to San Diego from Las Vegas, where I began my career
as a licensed massage therapist. I am looking to expand my experience and 
clientèle and grow even more as a massage therapist.
